Our Caregivers

Our caregivers are skilled, experienced and diverse. We believe that every caregiver-client relationship is important, and strive to pair each client with a caregiver who shares their interests, beliefs and personality traits. We want to ensure that every client looks forward to the arrival of their caregiver. Because in-home care isn’t just about basic necessities; it’s also about happiness, companionship and friendship.

Our caregivers are the very best
When you work with A Brighter Day, you can be confident that you or your loved one are receiving the very best care. We are thorough when we interview every caregiver, and rigorous with the application of our high standards:

  • Every caregiver completes two interviews, a general interview about their skills, knowledge and experience, and a second interview about their interests, beliefs and personality. Together, these interviews help ensure we match clients with the very best caregiver for their care needs and personality type.
  • We conduct thorough background checks on every caregiver applicant, which means you can trust your caregiver to be honest and reliable.
  • Every single caregiver has the knowledge, skill and training to address your needs or concerns. And, we encourage our caregivers to stay up-to-date by pursuing continuing education, additional professional certifications and monthly in-service training opportunities.
  • We insist on positive attitudes, friendly personalities and loving, compassionate care from all of our caregivers. Because you deserve the very best.

Our care is the very best

  • We meet with every client before starting our in-home care services. We discuss your needs and concerns, and then we identify the very best caregiver for your unique situation.
  • We schedule a caregiver introduction before care begins, so that you and your loved one can meet your caregiver, ask questions and discuss in-home care options.
  • We want every caregiver-client relationship to be a positive one. If you have concerns, please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue, or will assign a new caregiver, whichever you prefer.
  • Within two days of initiating new services, we always complete a Quality Assurance check-in. We want to be sure everything is going smoothly, and everyone is happy.
  • If your regular caregiver experiences an unexpected conflict, we will arrange for an alternate caregiver. You can count on us to be responsive and prompt.

Emergencies happen. We can help.
No matter how well you plan, sometimes life does something unexpected. If you need emergency assistance, we can help. We always maintain an on-call staff person who can help 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. When you call us, you will always reach a person; never a recording.

Touch of Grace, LLC offers personal home care (also called custodial care). Personal care services are those that individuals would typically accomplish themselves if they did not have a disability. Our P.C.A.s (patient care assistants) and C.N.A.'s (certified nursing assistants) support and assist with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) Acute Illnesses, Case Management, Companion Care, Health Care Services, Health Education, Health Maintenance, Home Care, Homemaker Services, Hospice Care, IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), Intermediate Care, Learning Disability, Long Term Care, Personal Care, Risk Management, Transportation Services, and assistance with Veterans. We offer a structured approach to risk management where the quality of care services meet established professional standards within the industry.
