Who We Help

Who do we help? Anyone who needs it. Our in-home care clients range in age from infants to seniors, and their needs vary from short-term assistance following surgery to long-term palliative care and companionship. If you or your loved one need a hand, we are here to help.

Special needs children and adults

Every individual with special needs is unique. So too is each parent, family member, and caregiver. No one type of support is right for all people. Our caregivers offer ideas and strategies for managing your child's or loved one’s special health care needs. Because we customize our services to fit your needs, you can be sure your loved one is receiving exactly the care and attention he or she requires.

Senior care

Whether you are seeking care for a parent, your spouse or yourself, the process can be overwhelming. We can help.

Our caregivers assist with all non-medical aspects of in-home care, from maintaining personal care routines to preparing nutritious meals and tidying the house. Every caregiver arrangement is customized to fit your needs, so you or your loved one are receiving exactly the care you need.

We also offer financial planning assistance through our partnership with Rick Gow, wealth management advisor at Lara, May & Associates.

Our senior care services include:

  • Specialized care for dementia or Alzheimer’s patients
  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing and oral hygiene

Adult care

It can be difficult to ask for help if you’re accustomed to doing everything yourself. But, sometimes an extra set of hands is exactly what you need. Whether you are recovering from an illness or surgery, are managing a chronic condition, or have limited mobility, our caregivers are here to help you maintain your independence in your own home.

Our caregivers help adults with:

Touch of Grace, LLC offers personal home care (also called custodial care). Personal care services are those that individuals would typically accomplish themselves if they did not have a disability.
