When everything seems like a challenge, something should be easy. That’s why we make it so simple to sign up for home help care with Touch of Grace. In just a few steps, we create a plan that fits your needs and identify a caregiver who fits your personality and values.

Step 1: Give us a call at 540-359-6422
Your journey toward independence and compassionate care begins with a phone call. We will explain our services, answer your questions, and discuss the best options for care.

Step 2: Home visit with a Brighter Day client relations manager and registered nurse
Our client relations manager and registered nurse will visit you at home to discuss your needs, your concerns and your unique circumstances. This is the time to talk about your elderly mother’s favorite television show, your special-needs child’s favorite games to play, or the list of chores and errands you could use a hand with. By the end of this meeting, our client relations manager and registered nurse will know you and your home situation well enough to assign a caregiver who will provide the care you need, and the companionship you and your loved one deserve.

Step 3: Meet your caregiver
We believe the companionship our caregivers offer is just as important as the care and assistance they provide. That’s why we arrange for a visit with your assigned caregiver before the first day of care. You will have the opportunity to meet your caregiver, get to know him or her, and ask any questions you like. And, if you don’t hit it off, we will find another caregiver for you.

Step 4: Follow up with your client relations manager
After the first day of care, our case manager will call you to check on how things are working. We want you to be happy with your caregiver. If you have any questions, we will answer them. And, if you have any concerns, we will address them. For example, if you and your assigned caregiver just aren’t clicking, we will find another caregiver for you.

Step 5: Keep us posted
We know that circumstances change over time. Just let us know if your schedule or needs change, and we will modify our care to fit your current situation. Because, when we commit to caregiving services with a client, we commit to a relationship. We are here to help.
