My parent/child is very political/religious/out-spoken. We’ve tried other caregiver services before, but no one seems to work. Can you help?
Absolutely! When we interview our caregivers, we ask them many questions about their likes and dislikes, beliefs, interests and more. This is so we can match each of our caregivers with clients who will enjoy their company. If your first match doesn’t work, we will assign a second caregiver. We want to be sure you and your loved one are both happy.

What happens if our assigned caregiver gets sick?
If you are ABrighter Day client, we guarantee your care needs will always be met. If you caregiver is unable maintain his/her regular schedule for any reason, we will find and assign a substitute. Every effort will be made to provide advance notice of the substitution.

I usually take care of my parent/child, but I need just a little help once in a while. Do you offer occasional care?
Yes. We offer a service called Respite Care, which offers family members and caregivers a break from the requirement for daily care. Whether you want to sneak away for a movie or a two-week vacation, our trained caregivers can step in and cover for you while you take a much-needed break.

I’m a healthy and active adult, but I just had surgery and am having trouble keeping up with my chores and errands. Can you help?
Of course. It sounds like you need short-term care. We offer an Intermediate Care service that provides in-home care for adults and children while recovering from illnesses, surgeries or injuries. We can adjust our services to your needs, and can assist for as long as you need to fully heal.

I like the idea of in-home care for my loved one, but I’m nervous about having a stranger in the house. How do I know I can trust your caregivers?
We understand how it can be difficult to welcome someone you don’t know in the home. That’s why we complete thorough background checks on every caregiver we interview. We also always try to schedule caregiver introductions before care begins, so you and your loved one can meet your assigned caregiver.
